You may hear a new voice when calling our office. We’ve added an AI phone assistant to handle overflow and after-hours calls. The goal is simple: no missed calls, no dropped requests, no gaps in coverage. This is not a replacement for us. It’s there to make sure your call gets handled when we’re tied up or outside normal hours — instead of going to voicemail or waiting. You’ll still get the same personal service and direct oversight we’ve always provided. If you do interact with the assistant, it may ask you to rate the call. We’d appreciate any feedback — it helps us fine-tune it so it works the way you expect. As always, if something matters, you can reach us directly and we’ll handle it.
