Many of you don’t use the online ordering system which is great. We love talking to everyone that calls in. But if instead of wondering if your delivery has been completed or having to call back to get confirmation you will just have to check your email.
This just gives you a little peace of mind and saves you time in the event that the person receiving the delivery can’t find it. Instead of calling, you just have to check your inbox. The email contains all the details of the order and the name and exact time it was delivered. If you primarily phone orders in and would like to start receiving an email confirmation please let us know the next time you call in. Unfortunately for phone in orders the system can only send an email to one email address.

Well if this is the case, then I think your system has now improved a lot. I never thought that you will have this kind of innovations with your business. I am sure that this will help your clients a lot when it comes to the confirmation that they need when purchasing some products from you. Isn't it nice to have some major and helpful change using the technology? I think that we should definitely use the advancement of our technology as an advantage to make things easier.
